Everything is super! Rooms are very nice, Staff is Great! Management does a great job! Location is just like walking out your door, go through the gardens right to strip!

My family and I stayed here as a group for my wedding last year, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and its incredible staff. This was my third stay, and each visit reminds me why this is always my first choice in Las Vegas. The recent room renovations are absolutely stunning—modern, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. Every room includes a beautiful soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the Strip. Housekeeping was outstanding as well, consistently prompt with extra towels, fresh water, and room refreshes. Michelle, the Front Desk Manager, went above and beyond in every way. Planning a destination wedding from 2,000 miles away comes with its challenges, and she made the process seamless. She personally accepted my floral delivery prior to arrival, carefully unpacked everything with my consent, and ensured the flowers stayed refrigerated and perfect for our wedding day. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care meant the world to us. The entire team was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and sincerely invested in making our stay special. When I arrived on my wedding day, the staff even clapped and celebrated with me and my husband, which is a moment I’ll never forget. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Strip, yet quiet and private with the comfort of condo-style accommodations. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and luxury. You are steps away from the legendary Flamingo casino and high-energy attractions, yet the HGV property itself feels like a private sanctuary. ​The Suite: Spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a well-appointed kitchen that made the stay feel like a true home away from home. ​The Grounds: The lush, tropical landscaping and stunning pool area provide a refreshing break from the desert heat. ​The Atmosphere: Unlike the frantic pace of many Strip hotels, the atmosphere here is sophisticated, calm, and incredibly welcoming. ​A Special Note of Appreciation: Gretel Damas ​While the amenities were top-tier, what truly elevated my experience from great to "sterling" was the world-class service. Convenient to casinos, restaurants, and within 20 minute walking distance to The Sphere. Our room and the service was absolutely fabulous at this location - staff is friendly and helpful. (Kudos to Carlos!) Note: Be advised that the noise from the Flamingo Go pool area is absolutely obnoxious - music is extremely loud and goes nonstop, all, day, long! In all fairness, the front desk clerk did warn us about the noise when we checked in, so buyer beware. I've come to realize that I'm too old for "Viva Las Vegas" lol.

I stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Flamingo for 5 nights as a solo traveler and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic—super close to the Monorail station, right next to the linq(giant wheel), and an easy walk to both Caesars Palace and the Venetian conference halls. It made getting around the Strip incredibly convenient. Even though it’s right in the heart of everything, the property feels calm and quiet—perfect for unwinding after long days. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The staff were friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. This is an excellent choice if you want the best of both worlds: peace and comfort with unbeatable access to the Strip and major conference venues. I would definitely stay here again!

We come here a lot and love the location. This time there were a few issues with things not working in the room, but they set it right. We were disappointed the pool was not available and we had not been informed prior to our visit.

We stayed here for two nights and was not disappointed!!! Not only was our room perfect but every single person that works there was above and beyond expectations!! Let’s talk about Crystal that works at the cafe by the front lobby…. This woman was the BEST OF THE BEST!!! We went there in the mornings to get coffee and it was the best coffee I’ve ever had quite honestly! She was so personable and fun to talk to. I felt like I had known her for years the minute I walked in.. what amazing service she provided us. I will never forget her!!! Would not stay anywhere else!! Thank you for the great experience.

This hotel is a low key spot but extremely comfortable and convenient for whoever wants to have fun at Las Vegas. Its perfect location gives a 5 minute walk distance to everywhere, Bellagio, the Venetian, Caesars Palace, the Strip etc. The sphere and high roller are right next to door. Surrounded by all these attractions, the room is very quiet and large. Again, low key but genuinely makes you feel at home. I will definitely come back and stay here for future trips.
